Our philosophy

Searching traditional flavours, without subjecting to big market logics the pleasure of taste. Our liqueur laboratory has started its route trough a long path of rediscovery of ancient recipe handed down by word of mouth between mountains where wind, snow and time have profuse wisdom to our ancestor. The activity of making liqueur is the end of a long journey from the search of recipes, selection of ingredients, testing of several brewing, to the cultivation of plants organically. Brewing needs its time and a deep knowledge and this allows to find the right balance. The recipe requires coordination with the natural cycle of the seasons and life. The production of liqueurs is completely manual, every single part of the manufacturing cycle is followed with attention, care and with the pleasure of knowing that is the tradition which is guiding us.
